Reporting a problem from the app
In the app, go to Settings → Help. "Send feedback" and "Report a problem" both open a draft email in your own Mail app. "Report a problem" also attaches a diagnostics file so we can work out what went wrong.
Nothing is sent until you review the draft and tap send. The privacy policy lists exactly what the diagnostics file contains.
